The All-Environment Constructor is a terraforming and heavy civil engineering vehicle, to have been used to make a new Equus-like planet suitable for pony colonization. It has a normal complement of eighteen, plus optionally a small construction or terraforming work crew or a survey team. It has berthing for 32 individuals. It was meant to operate for up to several weeks away from civilization in the context of establishing a planetary colony.
It is equipped with a telekinetic manipulator for clearing, leveling, excavation, dam building, and other operations. It also has substantial cargo capacity and tankage for fluid cargo.
The vehicle has three decks. The top is for control and habitation primarily, the middle is the engineering and mechanical space and the bottom is maintenance access to liquid and bulk cargo storage and some additional machinery.
