Xijing is a city in the Western Earth Kingdom, located on near the Southern end of the Strait of Chenbao. It is the regional administrative center, and a Hao-Ting prince rules there on behalf the Earth King in Ba Sing Se. A memorial to the Earth Kingdom general "Paragon" Ji was built in the city by his enemy, Qin the Great, who considered him a worthy opponent.
