A tower in the countryside near [[Agister]] and once an esteemed center for magical learning in the [[Yore Valley Barony]] before that entity's destruction by the [[Crystal Forest|crystal forest]]. It is named for its characteristic slant. The archmage of the tower from 3320 AE to 3365 AE was [[Everwood Wand]], succeeded by Studious Spellcraft. [[Emerald Hues]] accepted the position of archmage in 3548 and remains the current (as of PRPG3) archmage.

It is a graduate institution exclusively, granting the degree [[DM]] (Doctrix/Doctor Magicarum, "Teacher of the magical arts") during PRPG2. During the Harmonic Age, a new [[MM]] (Magister Magicarum, "Master of magical arts") degree option was created. The previously discontinued [[MV]] program was also reinstated to help supply qualified graduates for the notable alchemical industries of the nearby town of [[Agister]].

A satellite campus, [[Cardioid Point]], was built in 3572.
