A mountain range running roughly North-South through the Dusts. Due more to the growth of the Crystal Forest than their other qualities, they are generally considered impassable on hoof except for one pass northwest of Springvale and east of the Great Oasis. This pass is maintained against the encroachment of the Crystal Forest only with difficulty and is occasionally snowed in. It has lately become practical to cross the mountains by airship.

The highest peak in the Dusty Mountains, Mt. Yore, is 3977m in elevation and is located at 146°10’08”E 5°16’08”N. It is covered in crystal forest, a serious deterrent to mountaineers.
