A region of the Dusts of Equus. They are east of the [[Dusty Mountains]] and farther east of the [[Western Dusts]], and northeast of the [[Cake Islands]]. The preeminent city of the Eastern Dusts is [[Docktown]], a city which survived the [[Catastrophe]], although it greatly declined early in the [[Dark Age]]. The Eastern Dusts are generally somewhat more productive [[agriculture|agriculturally]] than the Western Dusts, probably owing to very organized [[irrigation]]. The [[Red Mountain]] is located in the Eastern Dusts, and is the geographical locus of a mining industry. The northern boundary of the region is a huge expanse of [[Crystal Forest]].
