Dr. Eclectic Lore, MD is a unicorn who is an emergency medicine specialist living in Spring Hollow on Sane Island. He works in the emergency department of a suburban community hospital, and sometimes covers the emergency medical services' medical control. He grew up in New Canterlot, but trained at the Eastern Ponyland University School of Medicine before doing a fellowship in magical emergencies at the Harmonic National Hospital in New Ponylon. He has two children, twin 12-year-old fillies, Sundry "Sunny" Lore and Uncanny Lore. He is divorced, and has joint custody of the children with his wife Proximal Development, who lives in Sugarcube Heights and is a school psychologist. He is 43 years old.
