Emerald Hues has a mint-green coat, pale green mane and tail, and blue eyes. Her cutie mark is a hexagonal cut emerald sparking with magic. She has been noted to be physically attractive by pony standards, although a general disinterest in utilizing this potential tends to prevent it from being presented in a refined way. Her mane and tail are long and usually cut (or left to grow wild) only as a matter of convenience without regard for style.

Background

Emerald Hues originates from the Hues Noble House, a family of minor nobility in Sparkle City. Her mother and father are both unicorns of high magicality.

Family

Emerald Hues is the oldest of three sisters, Topaz Hues being the middle foal of the family and Sapphire Hues being the youngest sibling. Her mother is Diamond Hues and her father is Shining Facets.
