The Armored Terraformer Moondancer is a heat-shielded vehicle. It slows from terminal velocity using its levitation drive. It is an aetherial impellercraft with elemental powerplant and can return to space.

Systems:

Capacitors. Store energy for its descent from space and for powerplant startup. Can be recharged by unicorns (rather tiring) if the energy is wasted in failed startup attempts.

Stirling engines. There are four. All four need to be running to be fully operational.

Portals. THere are portals between the elemental planes of fire and water. The portals are opened and sustained with magical power.

Aetherial impellers: going fast gives you capacity for movement, not movement, so they can spin up to absorb excess power. (They do have a maximum RPM, which it is possible to exceed.)
