Archived GM Notes: This page is unsealed GM-notes pertaining to PRPG2. It is not canonical to PRPG2. It may contain contradictions (even with itself), and preliminary ideas that were merely written down as I thought of them, for later consideration. The absence of something mentioned here from the canon does not necessarily mean that the party "missed" it, it could have been mooted for other reasons or simply discarded by me.
UNSEALED after redaction.
Baleful's loot Disguise charm - look like green earth pony stallion. Very thin, strong wire coiled up in a pill. Poison resistance charm. Cursing wand, for efficient curse application.

The fruit carts go to the Isle of Hostile Nudibranchs. There are three 2-pony cart teams. All were provided with new pegasus carts and paid. (Ruby's thieving finances this easily.) They make a trip every three days. There is a cave on the island where a vampony dwells, who transfers the fruit from the skeletal gryphon wagons that come every few days and into the daily loads for the carts, in the cave so it stays cool. The cave is lit with some dread dimensions fungus with magical water being dripped on it. (also comes in the wagons.) The vampony is hostile if disturbed, but confined to the cave because of its vulnerability to sunlight. Dark Daze is his name. He has mind-affecting powers and will try to turn the PCs against each other.
The cart operators do not know about the vampony. They will be reluctant to reveal the location but may do so if pressed. They are not geased. White Eyes in Oatwheel recruited them, but they didn't know his name. "A middle-aged white unicorn, with a grey mane. Wore a cowl and cape." "Must've been a wizard."
- Eldritch's geas rules:
- Violation causes the violator to be killed by dark magic. (Observed)
- Enforcement is automatic. (Observed)
- Enforcement is based on the victim's perception of the situation. Believing one has betrayed Risen Bones, even if one were actually helping him, is what counts.
This is very important, because the victims are geased _to Risen Bones_, not to Eldritch Lore, and if they know RB is nonexistant they will be released from their geas.
- The geas can otherwise be broken only if it is broken for the same reason that it was accepted. If the geas is accepted out of compulsion, it is weak, since it can be broken simply by someone else forcing the geased party to break it.
will always trigger enforcement.
(M. Dawn: To get to leave the Isle of Tears
Ruby: To have a higher purpose.
White Eyes: Out of true loyalty to RB.
Emerald (if she does not call "RB"'s bluff): To save her friends.
White Eyes, on his unexpected survival, will believe that it was because he acted out of true loyalty to RB, however, which is true, but _only for him_.On the lee side (east, in this case) of the Weeping Mountain is the coaling station.
Some kind of Large Fruitcart Array Strangedly optimized fruitcarts for the sensing of Strong Antiparadox Force and Weak Antiparadox Force ("priming" them and tending to draw fruit carts toward diviners, where they are likely to be needed, for example.) The fruitcart array could play a role in EL's demise if she succumbs to the temptation to use divination to defeat the party.
Royal Equestrian Oneiric Fleet Weeping Mountain Coaling Station NO TRESPASSING
There are old conveyor belts on stone pylons with masonry arches -- Equestria built things to last, even coaling stations -- so like ancient roman aqueducts, they're still standing today. The conveyors moved coal from mounds inland to ships in the water, over a cliff. The outdoor coaling station equipment, e.g. cranes, has not held up as well where it has been abandoned, and in many cases have been reduced to piles of rust with fractal spiderwebs of perfectly preserved steel remaining where rustproofing enchantments haven't failed yet.
Structures: Lighthouse and keeper's residence, foghorns, wireless station in old dragon quarters (dragons were replaced with radios due to cost issues and possibly trust). Power station (addition to lighthouse). Two batteries (guns removed long ago.)
Three Barracks. Mess Hall. Infirmary. Headquarters. Oil Tanks valve-house built further inland. All of these buildings are single-story structures built with local basalt and tropical wood. Some have been partially dismantled to provide building materials for Risen Bones' constructions.
Up on the mountain is Risen Bones' castle, built slowly from local materials with undead labor. It is relatively modest in size, but took a while to build because it was built by Risen Bones and perhaps three or four dozen skeletons.
People: Grape Spark, Flint Spark's older sister (an adult, b. 3312). Grape Spark distrusts Elly, and will share her feelings with the party if applicable. She knows that EL was born with her cutie mark, and is worried about her relationship with Flint. Grape is an Earth Pony. She is/was Risen Bones' maid/hoofypony. She and Flint lived with their mother in the castle until the mother's death in 3332, of misadventure.
Flint Spark, the young cook (a teenager, b. 3320), who
