Red Baron IX has been assassinated by the Black Hoof
Docktown military is occupying Ford's Ford and Rootpatch under the pretense of securing the railroad.
Hayminnow by the Sea is in open rebellion, supporting the Black Hoof
An army is marching south from the Straw Dale barony to secure the border and prevent spread of the conflict.
There has been sporadic fighting in all of the towns of the red barony. The baron's army, lead by his sister, is heading out to confront Docktown's military on the way to face the black hand, it is rumored that they will blow up the railroad.
