Archived GM Notes: This page is unsealed GM-notes pertaining to PRPG2. It is not canonical to PRPG2. It may contain contradictions (even with itself), and preliminary ideas that were merely written down as I thought of them, for later consideration. The absence of something mentioned here from the canon does not necessarily mean that the party "missed" it, it could have been mooted for other reasons or simply discarded by me.

Spectacular was a witness to her biological daughter's destruction of Risen Bones. This freed her from her geas to Risen. Spec was not on the best of terms with Elly; she knew something was very wrong with her filly, but she hated Risen Bones passionately, and was pleased by this. Spec tried to talk Elly into disbanding everything, but Elly was still convinced of the necessity of their work, and promised changes. Not really in any position to confront an emotionally tumultuous alicorn filly anyway, Spec somewhat reconciled, but still wanted nothing to do with Elite or RBO. Elly let her go peacefully, and with some books and money to start a business, on the condition that she not interfere with RBO. She did not go to live with M. Dawn or her husband White Eyes, because of their continued activity in RBO, which she took to be dyed-in-the-wool (now, since he resumed his apprentice type work) and her agreement with Elly. (It would be very helpful for her to visit White Eyes, because he would believe her that Risen Bones was destroyed, releasing him from his geas.) Neither did she wish to face her old family. Spec settled in Nevershyed, where she works operating a small bookstore (Spectacular Books) under an assumed name (Wire Spectacles). Observant ponies may note that her spectacles have no curvature (no lens power) and are just a decoration ("um... keeps dust out of my eyes," she may explain if asked.) Adverts seeking books can be seen on any job board in the Northeastern Dusts.
