It is important to first clarify that Gabrio, humble and upright gryphon salesman, and Gabrio, righteous and revered masked wrestler, are two completely diferrent gryphons, you can tell because the wrestler is wearing a mask and is not a legitimate businessman.
Background:
A gryphon merchant specializing in various antiques, Gabrio, the merchant one not the wrestler, travels about quite frequently visiting all about the countryside. He brings little of interest to others, save a suave and pleasant personality, and cheep wares. He doesn't sell much or sell very well, but he is nice about it, and a good honest gryphon with no secrets whatsoever.
Gabrio, the wrestler this time and not the merchant, is a great and mighty master of the ring and master of justice! A magnificent figure who came from the darkest depths of mystery to protect the honor of the helpless innocents.

Both Gabrios share similar muscular build, broad shouldered and deep chested with sleek tan pelt and bright white feathers, they both also have a stylish gentlemanly moustache and bright green eyes. In proper gentlemanly fashion the merchant always has a proper cane, a proper fancy hat, and of course a tie. In proper Luchadore fashion the wrestler always wears nothing more than a mask decorated with black and red stripes.
Personality:
The merchant gabrio has a personality best described as beige silk, pleasant and proper, but with very little else worth noting. He's a proper gentleman but has very little else of note.
The wrestler, by complete contrast is a proper luchadore, his personality more akin to a scarlet band of silk wrapped around a sledgehammer. Fanciful, gorgeous, and brutal to the point that only hyperbole could ever properly express it, and even then only hyperbole in the form of a made up adjective, in this case we shall use "Beatdown-aly brutal" "Peacock-ally Fancy" and "Gorgeous-as-the-horse-in-the=following-picture-ally gorgeous" This picture here.
