Born in 3282 as Flutterseed in Solaria on the Lake, she took the name Harmonia XLII (42nd) on her ascension as Archimandrite, after the death of the elderly Pacifica XXIV. She was the second archimandrite to be appointed by the Old Religion's Council of Elders, rather than by the monarch, following the reforms of Queen [[Meridian]], which resulted in greater autonomy for the [[New Equestria|New Equestrian]] state religion.
