Agricultural district in the Easter Dusts. A feudal dominion of one of the Water Lords, Red Baron XI. The lady of Hayminnow manor is Twilight Torque, a descendant of one of the original engineers who designed the irrigation system and was ennobled for it. Golden-age ruins found nearby indicate that the location was settled previously, but it was abandoned for centuries during the early Dark Age.
