E3 does not have a human-like personality or appearance, but is durable and has many built-in tools, most non-self-replicating. That being said, though its personality is not as human-like as most mons, it is definitely a sophont, and quite intelligent at that. E3 is a hexapodal mon, with manipulator appendages on all six limbs. Its sensory organs are also distributed on its limbs. It has a central monitor screen that shows an image of a cartoon face for limited human/humanlike-mon interaction purposes.
