Settlement in the Eastern Dusts, the northernmost significant town in that region. It was once an important trading post, and provided a rest for traveling merchants from Docktown to points North, but it declined since growth of the Crystal Forest put it off the new lowland trade route, and dramatically decreased the overall amount of trade taking place in any case. The lord of Ostler is Rare Potato.
