The Outer Lands are a region of the [[Dread Dimensions]], so-called by the [[Shadhavar]] because they are on one of the borders of Shadhvar territory. The [[Arcane Helix]] and the [[Windy Castle]] in the [[Wailing Wastes]] are located in the Outer Lands.
