A magical laboratory and research facility built on the northern half of Sickle Island. Being on a remote island with no surrounding support communities, its campus includes on-site dormitory housing for all staff, a kitchen and dining area, and other living amenities to make an extended stay tolerable despite the isolation of the setting.
