A small island Northeast of the Isle of Yore mainland. It remained unpopulated and largely barren throughout the Dark Age.
With commencement of efforts to restore the oceans of Equus, Sickle Island was designated for research use. The southern half of the island was made a nature reserve, in which vegetation and jungle have been allowed to follow a natural progression of regrowth for the purposes of better understanding the ecological recovery of the planet’s tropics. The northern half had a magical research laboratory built on it.
