Sparkle City is a pre-catastrophic city which was mostly abandoned until the 30th century AE.
Sparkle City, despite the name, is actually a comparatively rural town. Some of the ruins of the ancient city are still visible, although they are mostly covered in dust and soil. It is home to the Radiance Magic College in Sparkle City, an institution that stayed open throughout the Dark Age.
Sparkle City is nominally subject to the Straw Dale Barony, but the Baron of Straw Dale appoints its mayor and officials based on the results of democratic elections. Sparkle City has held the rotating presidency of the Confederation of Cities since 3333 AE.
