Modules

Cyberpony bodies are specifically designed, and their limbs not designed with the same flexibility and utility as organic ponies. The mind/machine interface sometimes leaves things to be desired. Fortunately, cyberponies can carry a whole array of tools, weapons and devices, and their plating can be upgraded to be more formiddable. Many of these improvements can take up varying amounts of space on a cyberpony's body, giving them a number of 'slots' to use for equipment of various sizes. Because of this, they are made to be modular, and easy to configure. Any time the cyberpony is someplace considered safe, it is able to change its loadout. This allows the cyberpony to prepare for any situation before going out on a mission. All that's needed are the tools, and the talent.

A cyberpony starts with 20 mod slots. There are purchaseable upgrades to extend this limit to a degree. The technology is somewhat pricey, and this makes them reliant on bits, but the advanced tools and calculating speed of internal computers gives them a qualitative edge.
