Overview
The Jinggong Water Tribes are ethnic water nationals living on the northern shores of the Earth Kingdom, having settled there in antiquity, long before the ascendency of Ba Sing Se. They have long cultural contact with the Beituzhu (indigenous earth nations of the far north). Local rulers of the Jinggong Water Tribes have long paid tribute to the Earth King as their suzerain, though they continue to regard the Northern Water Tribe as their cultural metropole.
