Module J-404 - Power Generation Module - has 44 regular inhabitants. 4 watch sections of 4 crew (chief, electrical operator, reactor operator, rover) = 16, plus families = 33 individuals. 8h watches so they can get a day off. 5 maintenance workers / technicians (mechanic, electrician, nuclear technician, drone mechanic, IT specialist) plus families = 11 individuals. (These just work one shift and not every day.)
The fusion reactor of the module is shut down and there is not much propellant left in the RCS. The RCS, which is resistojet based, is the only "official" means of maneuvering.
Party spaceship has enough fuel to get into a stable orbit after disengaging but the only compatible docking port is in an unfavorable (internally shielded) area to thrust on.

There is one crazed spacer on board who is going down with the ship. His name is Mather Wiggle, and he has got a gun. However, he may prefer other methods e.g. sabotage.

Resistojets can't be used with the fusion reactor b/c it is offline. The neutral beam injector DC/DC converter from the starting supercapacitor bank is smashed.
However the shuttle power could be used to power the resistojets.
