A satellite research campus affiliated with the Crooked Tower, mostly engaged in conducting magical experiments. Along with an impressive library and laboratory facilities, it has a number of open-air ranges for performing occasional higher energy experiments, with a convenient source of emergency water in the adjacent Heart Pond.
