Kutesenes the Leper, Prince of the Windy Castle was a shadhavar prince, an early ruler of the Windy Castle in the Wailing Wastes. The great-grandson of the exiled Shadhavar chieftain who built the castle, his clan would eventually unite the shadhavar around the Windy Castle (however loosely) and become the Princes and Princesses of the Wailing Wastes.
