Bao is a Morphological Analyzer employed by uMon and attached to mod designer Lisa Marconi.
Bao is apparently sympathetic to the cause of mon rights, as revealed to Ann and Arlette at the Marconi house. He revealed that he was actually a fully-trained MA from before the mon rebellion, who survived the purge of such mons who "knew too much" thanks to the sacrifice of the partially-trained MA who was to replace him.
Bao warned the party that the Great Corporations are investigating "ideological groups" as a potential threat.
