	Dragon God Ayumi Tohya Eastern Archipelago Region Regional Winner	Bixi, custom turtle dragon [UO] Chiwen, custom fish-dragon [O] Pulao, custom bird-dragon [SA] Yazi, custom draconic swords-mon Baxia, custom dragon mon [VE] Bian, custom tiger-dragon [L]	Ayumi, 22, is the scion of the famous mon-battling "dynasty" of the Tohya family. She has thus-far eschewed the Silver Circuit to focus on battling her customized dragon-mons on the Nonsanctioned Circuit. This year is her first regional win, though she competed in the 2226 Cup as a runner up, attaining 4th place.

	Mecha Party Asuka Fujita Northeast Region Regional Winner	Unknown	Asuka Fujita, 19, grew up watching the specialized construction mons working on the Northeast Region Seawall Reconstruction Project. With the completion of the project, she saved many of them from recycling to fight on the nonsanctioned circuit.
	Death on Wheels Luna Maldonado Perez Southern Region Regional Winner	Unknown	Luna, 18, has been a serious Nonsanc competitor for two years and is very popular with spectators for her mastery of the relatively uncommon strategy of having her mons ride each other. In the off season, she also races vintage electric dragsters.
	North Wind Bertrand Manning Cape Region Regional Winner	Unknown	Bertrand, 37, is the undisputed king of the admittedly-small Cape Region mon battling community, and is also a successful silver circuit competitor. He is rumored to subject his mons to rigorous training Outside the Cape Region, donning custom protective gear to protect himself from the deadly environment.
	Tornado Muchen Wang Central Regional Winner	Unknown	Muchen, 16, took the Central Region by storm this year, winning an unexpected victory that some commentators think was mostly luck-driven. That being said, his powerful bird-mons are definitely not to be trifled with.
	Thunderstorm Ingine Toste Northern Peninsular Region Regional Winner	Unknown	Ingine, 29, a long-time Nonsanc participant, balances her interest in the battlesport with a career as the chief curator of the Fjord City Arcology Transit Museum. She is married to another Nonsanc competitor, who didn't make it to the regional.

	The Sword Wei Chen Central Region Alternate	Unknown	Wei, 17, is originally from the Cape Region, but returned to the Central Region with his mother when he was young. He excelled at athletics and calligraphy in school, but his true passion has always been the battlesport. He often writes poems to commemorate his battles, won or lost.
	Spectrum Walter Choi-Henson Central Region Runner Up	Unknown	Walter, 21, is an up-and-coming trainer from the Central Region. His family has always been very international, even before the Mon Rebellion. He is known as a calculating and careful battler.
	Bloody Song Dhaniram Subcontinental Region Regional Winner	Unknown	Dhaniram, 33, is a seasoned nonsanc and silver circuit competitor. He is extremely popular in his home region, and known for his showmanship, often participating in exhibition battles as well.
	Flower Power Flower Bay Region Alternate	Arlette the Platarmon [MO] Glori the Capriroc [AR] RC the Trickyimp [AU] Ada the Thermionic Digigeist [PC] Ann the Mod Utility Mon [HW] Cobalt the Axolon [O]	"Flower", age 16, hails from the Bay Region. She hit the third cycle like a bolt of lightning, winning the Prosperity Town Local. Curiously, despite her team name, she spent most of the season without any wood-element mons.
	Magical Warriors The Mage Southern Region Runner Up	Unknown	The trainer known only as "The Mage", age 23, is a student of the occult and esoteric spirituality; he is pursuing a doctorate in the subject. Mon battling is his other great passion, and he performed very well this year, winning a Nonsanc Local in the third cycle.
	The Wave Haruko Nagata Bay Region Runner Up	Chougen the Tree-Form Runemon [WH] ?? the Scorpene [EM] ?? the Ghidormon [SL] ?? the Heromon [EH] ?? the ?? [?] ?? the ?? [?] ?? the ?? [?]	Haruko, 15, is a native of the Eastern Archipelago Region, and normally competes there, but joined Cycle 3 of the Bay Region Nonsanctioned Circuit as she was accompanying her father on an extended business trip. He is an executive in the Nonsanctioned Mon Battlesport Association.
	Carnivore Aoi Taniguchi Eastern Archipelago Region Runner Up	Unknown	Aoi, 27, is a lifelong resident of Neotokyo. He is a martial artist and often trains alongside his mons. A move designer, he employs several of his own moves to enable a distinctive team theme.
