Quagga Island is one of the Hayminnow Islands, and is named for the Zebra type called Quaggas, who were the original colonists. Zebras with brown coats are still more common on the island, but the Quaggas themselves have long ceased to be a distinctive racial group in the larger Zebra population of the area. There are two settlements with a unified local administration, Doni and Rocksigil.
