Centre of Changeling Studies
This research institution is rather secretive and not much is known about its goals, its methods, and its accomplishments. It is unknown who finances its activity, or what benefits the centre provides. Changelings tend to see the organization is an existential threat. The few ponies who are aware of it and care enough to have an opinion seem to think that it's only secretive to protect itself from changeling reprisals, and that ponies could stand to know more about changelings.
