Love Energy
Love Energy is a reserve of points a changeling has to use its abilities with. The starting limit is 20 points, which can be extended over the course of the game. Some of the changeling's abilities help it restore their energy.
Spells
Changeling abilities, as with regular spells and abilities, become stronger as more points are used to level it up. These upgrades are counted by how many times the skill was raised through Skill Points, and does not take master Stats into account. More powerful forms of an ability do not have to supplant a previous version of an ability, those can still be utilized to.
