A settlement on Hayminnow Island. It was once the main focus of the hayminnow canning industry. With the extinction of that species and the fall of the oceans, Canner City became a virtual ghost town in the Dark Age. It was excavated and restored under the leadership of Duke Mbaran starting in 3075, and it is now once again a major population center of the Hayminnow Islands. The restoration included the rebuilding of Hayminnow University, explicitly intended to rival the Eastern Ponyland University in Docktown.
